Clare Fisher Background
My passion for yoga began at an early age when my father inspired me to take classes whilst studying for my exams. Since then, my hobby has evolved into my passion, and I have never looked back.
Now, with over 20 years’ experience practicing yoga I have come to understand the valuable role it plays in numerous aspects of day-to-day life – from relaxation to rejuvenation, building strength and managing stress or anxiety. I also found it hugely beneficial during my own pregnancies. I remain a passionate student of yoga, with the practice continually enhancing and influencing my life.
I teach yoga both on a one-to-one basis or in small classes (of no more than 8 students) ensuring everyone gets the most from my sessions.
My approach to teaching focuses on mindfulness, breathing and alignment. I balance fluid movement with in pose pauses and breathing to build strength and awareness.
I am a firm believer that Yoga is for everyone; my sessions offer a chance to slow down and listen to the needs of your body, guided by your breathing. Students leave my class feeling relaxed and at ease.
I am fully insured and have completed 200 hours of training under Yoga Alliance UK in addition to 85 hours of Pregnancy and Postnatal training, once again with the Yoga Alliance.
