Yoga for Pregnancy & Postnatal

Clare is passionate about demonstrating the compassion, kindness and joy yoga can bring during pregnancy and postnatal recovery. Clare is fully Yoga Alliance UK trained in Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga. Her classes are small and personal enabling her to dedicate time and attention to every student.

Clare’s pregnancy classes focus on preparing the body and mind for the arrival of your baby. They explore maintaining spinal and postural health and pay attention to the pelvic floor. Suitable from 14 weeks.

Post-natal classes focus on post birth recovery, nurturing you and your baby. Classes are complemented with gentle music to soothe both you and your baby with tea and refreshments available at the end of theclass. Suitable from 6 weeks (12 weeks from C-section).


You may prefer a one-to-one session to focus entirely on your individual needs either pre or post-natal. Don’t forget post-natal yoga can be practiced at any stage of your life, one month, one year or ten years after giving birth.
